Scarecrows in the Garden 
Date: October 1 - October 31
Time: Tuesday - Sunday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
This October Scarecrows in the Garden returns to the woodlands of the Southern Seasons Garden. The annual tradition features wild and wacky creations by individuals, designers, local organizations and businesses throughout Atlanta. Registration is open now through August 14;

The show runs through the month of October and is included with Garden admission. Weekends feature fun activities for families, including "Pumpkin Bowling" and scarecrow crafts. 

Take advantage of extended hours every Thursday evening in October when the Garden offers Fest-of-Ale from 5 - 10 p.m.  Each week features a different variety of fine specialty beers and lively musical entertainment. Bring a flashlight for nighttime* viewing of the scarecrows.

Goblins in the Garden, a children's costume party with activities, pony rides ($4) and the Ride-on Train ($2), will take place on Sunday, October 25 from 1 - 4 p.m.

* For the safety of our visitors, the Children's Garden closes at dusk during Fest of Ale.
