The Garden is open Tuesday - Sunday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Last entry at 5 p.m.) Timed tickets are required for non-members.

Timed Ticketing

Non-member visits must be reserved by purchasing a timed ticket(s) online.  Purchasers will receive a confirmation email. All tickets are non-refundable, but, in the event of inclement weather, may be refunded by emailing our admissions team.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late you will be admitted only if capacity allows. ALL transactions at the Garden will be credit/debit ONLY.

Entry is not guaranteed to those who walk up and purchase/reserve tickets.

Safety Guidelines

Guests are no longer required to wear masks in the Garden. Masks are optional in all areas.
