Kendeda Canopy Walk

Extending 600 feet from a hillside into the branches of oaks, hickories and poplars, it is considered the only tree canopy-level walkway of its kind in the United States.

Strolling the 12-foot-wide concrete pathway, visitors feel like they are floating through the hardwoods as they take in aerial views of the woodland garden below where native azaleas, camellias, hydrangeas, perennials and bulbs put on a seasonal show.
