Together, the Sheffield and Orchid Library collections include more than 7,000 books and 125 journals.

The Library of Congress Classification Schedule is used in both libraries. The card catalog provides entry to information by author, title and subject. Creation of a digital catalog database is currently in progress. The collections are noncirculating.
