Parking Facility The new 765-space green parking facility provides plenty of safe parking. Its six-levels are tucked into the hillside immediately adjacent to the Visitor Center, and also provide parking for Piedmont Park. The well-lighted facility has surveillance cameras, emergency pull stations and cashiers on hand.
Vines and a trellis on the top level dissipate any heat island effect, and these planters and the berm screening the Park are irrigated with rain water harvested from the underground cistern. After parking their vehicles people enter the Garden through a pedestrian-only courtyard. Download our printable directions and map. |
