The information below tells you exactly what you need know before you arrive at the Garden to attend a concert.
Show Times
All shows start at 8 p.m. and gates open at 7 p.m.
Food & Beverage
Outside food, beverages, and coolers are NOT permitted. Empty water bottles are permissible. Beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water are available for purchase.

Weather
All shows are rain or shine. Umbrellas are permitted at users own risk. Every effort is made to continue with the show during rain. There will be no refunds in the event that extreme weather causes a cancellation. Check the Garden's homepage for up to the minute information on the night of a performance.
Parking
$10 parking is available onsite in the SAGE Parking Facility on a first-come, first-serve basis. Multi-Visit SAGE Parking Passes are valid on concert nights. Click to purchase a Multi-Visit Parking Pass.
Seating
All tickets are general admission on the Great Lawn. Blankets are welcome. For the enjoyment of all, lawn chairs must have low backs (below the neck) and legs shorter than 10 inches (a basketball can't roll under). Lawn chair restrictions will be strictly enforced.

The Great Lawn is wheelchair accessible.
Will Call
If you purchase through TicketAlternative.com and choose to pick up your tickets at Will Call, it is located at Garden Admissions. Will Call is open 6:30 - 9 p.m. on concert dates.
Be ready with a photo ID, the card used to purchase the tickets, and the order number.
Children
Children aged two or younger receive free admission. All others require a ticket. Please use your best judgment when bringing a child to a concert; sound levels may be too much for tiny ears and consider the experience for those around you.
Smoking
Due to the sensitive nature of the plant collections, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Garden.
Pets
The only pets allowed on Garden grounds are special-assist animals.
Photography
At the request of the artists, there is no photography allowed during any concert at the Garden. Please leave your camera at home. The Garden is not responsible for any stored or confiscated photo equipment.
Directions
The Garden is adjacent to Piedmont Park on Piedmont Avenue.
From the south on I-75/85 N
Exit at 10th Street (exit # 250) and turn right (east) on 10th Street.
Go three blocks and turn left (north) on Piedmont Avenue.
Continue on Piedmont past 14th Street and Piedmont Park.
The Atlanta Botanical Garden is on the right across from The Prado.
From the north on I-85 S
Exit at #84 and follow the signs to 14th Street.
Turn left on 14th Street, crossing over the interstate.
Continue on 14th Street until it ends at Piedmont Avenue and turn left.
The Atlanta Botanical Garden is on the right across from The Prado.
From the north on I-75 S
Exit at #250 and follow the signs to 14th Street east.
Turn left on 14th Street, crossing over the interstate.
Continue on 14th Street until it ends at Piedmont Avenue and turn left.
The Atlanta Botanical Garden is on the right across from The Prado.
