In this Chef’s Table class, Chef David Gross will demonstrate and serve samplings from the Cook Hall menu featuring freshly harvested vegetables and herbs from the Edible Garden. 

While you enjoy a glass of wine, dine on Crispy Duck Tacos, Gnocchi, Sweet Peas and Prosciutto, Seasonal Soup, Charred Snap Peas, White Asparagus, Goat Cheese Bruschetta and Butterscotch Pudding.
