Sip mimosas while Ian demonstrates menu favorites: Eggs Virginia Highland (spinach, mushrooms, poached eggs on focaccia, sundried tomato hollandaise), Chilaquiles (chicken & tortillas, fried egg, tomatillo sauce, avocado, sour cream) and other dishes for you to enjoy.
