Are you a Chocoholic? Do you ever wonder how you can sneak chocolate into your savory dishes?  In this Chef's Table class, learn how to create an entire meal with chocolate. The menu for the class includes Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Chocolate Grits, Beer Cheese Soup with Chocolate Croutons, Herbed Salad with Cocoa Nibs, Cranberries & Goats Cheese Crumbles, Spiced Cocoa Rub Covered Short Ribs Braised in Chocolate Stout with Grilled Fingerling Potatoes & Succotash, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Paté.
