The menu for the class includes Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Chocolate Grits, Beer Cheese Soup with Chocolate Croutons, Herbed Salad with Cocoa Nibs, Cranberries & Goats Cheese Crumbles, Spiced Cocoa Rub Covered Short Ribs Braised in Chocolate Stout with Grilled Fingerling Potatoes & Succotash, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Paté.
