Are you a Chocoholic? Do you ever wonder how you can sneak chocolate into your savory dishes? In this Chef's Table class, learn how to create an entire meal with chocolate.
The menu for the class includes Pueblo Plantains with Chocolate Mole Sauce, Mexican Chocolate Soup, Herb Goat Cheese Salad with Cocoa Nibs, Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Chocolate Port Sauce, and Spicy Dark Chocolate Fondue.
